Potato Head Beach Club in Seminyak, Bali

Last time I visited Bali (for my step-sisters wedding) I was lucky enough to spot that Mark Ronson was playing at a venue called Potato Head Beach Club. I had no idea what the place was, but I couldn’t miss the opportunity to see Mark Ronson DJ for $20 on a whim. When we arrived to pick up the tickets, I was blown away by how stunning the venue was. There are so many details to this place which I love; mid-century furniture, an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a swim-up bar, restaurants, thousands of shutters lining the exterior and interior and plenty more. Mark Ronson was awesome (obviously) and I vowed that next time I went to Bali that I would spend more time there while watching the sunset, cocktail in hand.

It’s quite the popular place so make a reservation for sunset, or be ready to wait in line for 40 minutes.

You can spend time here during the day on their beds next to the infinity pool. I’d get there early to get yourself a spot!

Ryan has found a favourite new drink – a whisky sour. We just had to buy a whole bottle of whisky duty free so we can try and recreate it at home.

Here I am with my new Mr Zimi dress outside Potato Head and with one of my “Jess drinks a cocktail” photo series.
